am going to start with a php template

I am going to start with a template and if its possible a admin page for configuration purpose I was thinking to use Sams Broadcaster Pro and had you improve the template php coding. here is a link [login to view URL] take a look and make it look awesome and to build a admin panel for configuration for future setting. as far as streaming go I am going to stream with my server for now and if i see that I am exceeded my limits with bandwidth then I can move to a service like [login to view URL] to stream for me. with the dj's that will be dj on my page i will just connect them manually to sams broadcasting and just keep a scheduled for now.
