design photo capture screen ( design included )

Hi, I am in need of a photo capture page for my photo sharing app. I have attached the design and need you to design and convert to Swift2 / Xcode so my developer can insert straight into my app without hassle. I have attached the colour photo capture icon which you will need to insert into this design. The Chat bubble ( bottom left) need to be blue with small black outline The profile icon ( bottom right ) needs to be blue with small black outline The flash and reserve camera option need to be transparent with a white outline You must show this UI capture screen on a demo picture to show how this will look, but is not needed for finished product. Design is given plus capture icon - so all needed really is a slight design and convert to Swift 2/ Xcode. Important - the chat bubble icon must be able to show how many messages are unread. Payment released after developer has approved this.
