cusomize or create a wordpress plugin

Project Description I need to have a plugin created or (customize a plugin) for wordpress to help us build a fantasy sports site. It's for one sport (rodeo) which will have approximately 8 events that they can signup for. They will choose one rider from each event but be limited to how much they spend (each rider will have a value and the contestant will only have so much money to spend) Need to have the site show results of the riders by how much they made on one table. The other table will show the people who signed up(Team names they created) that are ranked by how much money all there riders made. The owners of the website will manually update the rodeo riders total money earned each night unless there is a cheap way to sink the data from the rodeo website. This is a experiment website that may lead to a larger site if it works out. I can give more details of the project to anyone interested in helping with this project. Has to be a wordpress site so owners can update the site themselves.
