My technical team lead and project managers estimated it around 5 months development keeping in mind overall revisions back & forth, communication time etc. Just to let you know that our .NET team is very experience & already involved in few bigger projects, so I can also provide you references of our past clients. I can also agree with 15% first milestone payment as per your instructions in the project description. Even though, we never start work without initial payment but I am ready to take this challenge. Based on the analysis of the document you shared, we estimate an effort of 100-110 person days (cost USD 16K-17K) to build the system from scratch on the basis of below assumptions: - The user interface designs/html are already done and can be reused. - The existing database schema at the moment can be reused. We don't mind building on the system that your current developer has created, however I can comment on estimates only after having a look at the current code-base and database structure.
