Our organization publishes a small magazine for our membership 3 times a year. They are usually roughly 50 to 56 pages in length. We provide all the text and pictures for it but are needing someone to bring some life and new ideas to the pages. In the past we have paid a graphic designer per page ($50 per page). Some pages would be very simple and fast for you (example: letter from the President). Others we would hope for more graphic input and creativity. I can send an example of previous magazines to give you an idea of the content. We probably wouldn't be needing to start on our next edition until February but I need bids now to get approval from our board of directors.
My most important wish is that whoever we hire can take the material I give them and make it fit and look good without too much input from me. Our current designer requires a lot of direction from me before the pages looks professional enough to print and that gets frustrating and very time consuming.
