Integrating Data Visualization with D3js for a webapplication

We are working a custom web application built on top of codeigniter framework, the web app development is complete with all the necessary working features or functionality in place. This application automatically generates reports in the background as data is captured, this function is also completed. We however need a 1 freelancer to help us with finishing the last bit that is not complete about this project which is visualization of generated reports using a javascript library. We prefer to use d3js ([login to view URL]) to visualize charts and also render the data on a map overlay. We have the country specific geojson data that needs to be manipulated to give us the desired output. The freelancer will also be required to do some chart. There are currently two team members working on this project (one developer and the other is more designer). To clearly show you how far we have moved check out this link [login to view URL] we are willing to work any this one freelancer with core skills in codeigniter, Javascript, JQuery and HTML5. You can have a sneak peak into some the information we want to visualize by visiting the link above and clicking on the link under statistics block. We are willing to share with you the source code so we can work up to speed because the applications is already stable but this will be only be with the successful candidate for this work. The two people mentioned above are in Canada and Uganda Respectively so you must be willing work at late hours because of the difference in time zone, its also important to check that there is not big difference in your timezone versus ours.
