Develop a Wordpress Plugin

Hello. A brief about the Wordpress Plugin required is as follows: 1) The main function of the plugin will be to create a type of questionnaire that can be used to analyse the need of a client. For example: There are 3 multiple choice questions, each having 3 choices. After a customer selects an answer for each of 3 questions and clicks on the FINISH button, he is directed to a webpage based on the answers. 2) The plugin should be designed in such a way that I am able to create questions on my own and should provide the results myself as well. There should be a button or something which upon being clicked creates a new question and then there is a button for adding an option to that question as well. 3) There should be a table at the end which shows the end results being input for the choices being selected. Look at the excel sheet attached for understanding more on this. 4) This plugin should have a feature of Colour Picker for almost everything. i.e. Buttons, Fonts, Background etc. 5) It should have Font Size adjustment feature as well. 6) It should have Short Code feature so it is easy to implement anywhere possible. 7) It should have a feature for providing Questionnaire Title. 8) It should collect user information such as Name, Email, Telephone etc before the user clicks on the FINISH button. 9) When a user clicks the FINISH button, an auto email is generated with the choices that he made and the results that he got for his choices. Also the data is stored in a database. 10) You should provide 1 months debugging service period without any extra charges. 11) All copyrights and full ownership is to be handed over and this plugin is not to be used by the developer at any cost anywhere. 12) It should have the ability to add a logo to the questionnaire as well.
