Develop an Email Template for use with Constant Contact

We want to develop a dynamic template to automatically create regular HTML emails to promote product specials to customers. We currently create these manually using product images and entered text. We want to be able to run a template that will automatically bring in images from static web links and text automatically from existing data (we envision Excel or a delimited text file to be the easiest to work with), The template will then create the html document on a weekly basis, including hyperlinks to our website product pages. The template will also include a feature article section with corresponding graphics, truncated text, and hyperlink ("click here to see the whole article"). We've attached a sample of what we're looking to create automatically.
