Design a Website Mockup

My partner and I have been private music teachers for years and we want to start a music school which we are presently calling Los Angeles Music Teachers. We've bought the domain and we want to create a responsive website that is well designed, organized, clean and SEO friendly. Below is a website that we found that we liked the layout, and how it is not too busy, clean look and easy to navigate. We also like the catch phrase at the top, the contact numbers are visible on two different parts of the page, and there's a sidebar to the right that has two boxes; on our site we would like one of the boxes to be a contact form and the other to be a few bullet points that are good selling points, just as that website. We like how the main text is laid out with the bold letters telling you what the main benefits of choosing this school are. What we don't like are the colors, there's no slide show, and the logo is on the lower right side of the page. We want our logo to be where the picture of the guitar is. [login to view URL] Here's another website we like, and we like this one because it has two menu bars and doesn't look cluttered. We would like to have someone design a version with two menu bars (the top listing the instruments we teach and the bottom with home, about, lessons, and contact) at the top and a version with the instruments on the left side and the other menu items at the top. This site also features different sections on the right but they are not boxed, and a main text section in the middle. We don't want the text to be too long or wordy or people won't read it. This site is more complex than we need; especially because of all the pages they have. We just need a menu bar at the top with our pages and the name of our business and logo. Nothing too fancy. [login to view URL] In conclusion, we don't want you to feel bound by any of these instructions. We want you to use your own design expertise to help us have a really attractive and good looking site for the kind of industry that we are in. As far as colors, we want brighter colors but we don't want a bunch of different colors. Some of the ones we like are blue, yellow, red, and purple. We're working on a logo and it should be ready next week.
