Customize Listify theme to a listing-rent like site.

I am looking for a Front End developer who is experienced in working and customizing Listify in different ways. We don't want to waste time and you sure don't want to have to break the theme down first to work right? We want to use Listify as a base for our website. We want to have a flow where customers for example can rent a house or something else on location and date. When they found a suitable item they want to rent, they can contact the owner of the listing. The owner can approve or decline the request for rent. After approval, the customer has to pay (having different pay-options). It's very AirBnB, Spinlister like. All the user actions have to take place at the front dashboard, so no Wordpress backend stuff. Sort of intern mail or chat system is a must. The customer must have the possibility to chit-chat with the owner about certain things like pick-up time and such. Social sign-in (facebook) is a must to.
