Customization to an existing web based application - Email Draw

Hi, We have an existing application named - Email Draw written in PHP and MySQL, We need little customization on it. Code is attached. A person who was working on it left us after receiving all money. This program is useless until we have all required features. This is an ONGOING job to a right person, and have many more jobs in future. Job is very small to the right candidate. ISSUE 1: [login to view URL] If we check the above mentioned URL, its home page RUN the VIDEO by default, but no voice come out with that VIDEO. So, we want to come out AUDIO along with VIDEO file. ISSUE 2: USER SECTION: [login to view URL] You can access ADMIN SECTION with following URL [login to view URL] Everything displayed such as HOME, CONTACT US, IMAGES etc on USER section is controlled by ADMIN section. Similarly we need to add one more feature - Display URLs on User section using Admin Section. Similar things are already present to add IMAGEs, HOME page contents etc through ADMIN section. So, I think its a very easy job to the right candidate who knows PHP and MySQL. Admin USER NAME and PASSWORD will be share to the right candidate.
