Customise an Avada theme for a community TV & video hosting site

I am setting up wordpress site hosted on GoDaddy using the Avada theme for a small charity which does community broadcasting at [login to view URL] I am looking for somebody who has experience of this theme (or with creating a video site who has a better theme) as this is the first part of a bigger job it would be good to work with somebody who can suggest improvements and extra features. The site was set up and working with a small amount of content but we recently put a job up for somebody to amend the Avada theme they have made a real mess of it so it might be easier to start from scratch with a new install. We are using youtube and vimeo plugins and also other standard plugins (including woocommerce, amazon affiliate, google ads, facebook & twitter feed) which we need installing and putting into the site. This first job is for the install and set up of the theme including plugins so we have a working layout for the homepage, posts and to set up the contact page.
