Create script for banners -- 2

Create script for banners! We need a scritp + backend to set up rotating banners on different websites . In backend we need to upload the files of the banners, which should be rotated every x configurable time. We need to create new scripts for differentes pages with different banners that will rise. So only will the corresponientes websites each page scripts.
