We are looking for an individual or team with a proven track record and high quality of work to work with us in building an exciting and modern web directory and booking system for accomodation providers (From small Bed and Breakfasts to Hotels). Whilst initial details posted here will be scarse, we hope the freelancer chosen will work with us in a very circular way, in making sure every aspect of this site is perfect down to the smallest detail, high levels of contact and communication are expected. Our initial thoughts are as follows: A very simple, yet powerful search system, asking only the minimal required information. A full directory of accomodation providers, Multi-level membership system for the providers Booking system for providers A simple, yet powerful API allowing providers to embed our booking pages into their website. High quality listings, utilising outside sources A fluid, easy to navigate and intuative system for users Social media interactions. In addition, the site must be easily scalable, utilising modern best practices in coding. The usage of a framework such as laravel or symphony is prefered. All work will also be checked over for quality of code and problems found are expected to be rectified quickly and efficiently. Likewise, full payment for the project will be made once the final code has been delivered and quality approved, these are our terms, and if you do not accept them, please do not bid. Multiple references are available if required to confirm that all past projects have been on the same terms and have all been paid. Thanks for looking!

I am very happy to tell you that we are already building a website similar to airBnB. Project Scope: There will be two types of users, Hotel Owners and Normal users. Both will have to register to get full access of the website. Then they will get their "My Account" page. Hotel Owners will be able to create the Hotel page, can upload pictures, embedded YouTube videos, description, price. There will also be a calendar, where owner can mark free and reserved dates. Normal users will be able to search for hotel by listed city/ country names, and then he will be re-directed to the respective listing page, user can sort the listing based on reviews, budget, star etc. and then clicking on any one from the list user will be re-directed to the Hotel details page, where he can see all the details uploaded by the owner. User can search availability by the check-in and check-out date. User can send booking request and owner will get notification in his email, profile and if you want then we can integrate sms gateway as well, so that user also gets sms notification. In that case, you will have to buy sms gateway and we will integrate it. Once the owner approves the request, user will receive link to pay. We can integrate PayPal, Credit Card or any other payment gateway of your choice. No more space to write, please come to chat. Thanks!
