Create .jpg Signature for My Email

I need a graphic artist to design an Email Signature in a .jpg format complete with hyperlinks to the following: My Website LinkedIn Facebook Twitter YouTube Google+ ( I could not find this Icon) You will have to source this Icon to match the other social media Icons. I will supply the Icons and URL links. The .jpg will be inserted into my Mail Signature box of my Mac Book Pro Computer. I'm assuming that the graphic shouldn't be any more than 200 pixels.
