Create a Food delivery website

Need a website created for a food delivery service. I'll keep the brief simple and we can talk more after the project bids. Its a simple food delivery site which allows users to register and to get food delivered and also for Chef to register and to put their menus online. All the usual rating, delivery time, delivery region, preparation time, ext.. has to be considered. Things to consider 1) Simple food delivery site which shows menus and users can order food online. 2) Two kind of registration is possible within the site. *) Buyers - Who want to order food online *) Chef - Who wants to sell food online 3) Based on the above point, will need to show food items by chef and rating by menu items 4) Admin login for necessary reports 5) Admin login to control to mange users and menus 6) Usual things like email validation, password reset, menu comments has to be available, anything else which is needed has to be listed. I want someone who can think through the requirement and come up with the necessary features, without me needing to tell it one by one. Look and feel can be similar to the uploaded images, but you have full freedom to come up with your own design. You can use WordPress or any other template engines or start from scratch. I would like to see some sample website you have worked on (if its an eCommerce website even better) Please add some URL or images when bidding.
