Private is fixed amount for the car and shared price is per person 2. I want decide if for this location the transport will be private or shared(with min number of person). 3. If the location have shared shuttle and customer insert less than min number of person for make the booking, he make reservation but will be pending (and we should tell that is pending because is not enought person etc.) 4. If is less than minimun the customer cant pay online (only cash). 4. Admin will review all client requests and will confirm or decline the request. Admin will be able to send email to client about this whe accept or refuse(can be automatic) 5. If admin confirms the reservation you want the email that gets send to client to have link to a page on which client will be able to pay for his reservation (I want know how much cost this extra for me and then i decide if we develop or not) 6. You want a reminder email to be send to client XX days prior to his arrival and also feedback email to be send XX days after his departure. (I want know how much cost this extra for me and then i decide if we develop or not) 7. Luggage as extra with fixed price each (example, 1 luggage extra 5€ , 2 luggage 10€ etc) Let me know the price which each options and is better do it with developer license or build as pluing for wordpress from scratch.
