Corporate Logo - Fantastic Designers ONLY

We need a corporate logo and a Web site. BEFORE YOU BID, READ THIS ENTIRE POST OR YOU WILL BE DELETED. Logo: our logo will require a symbol/brand that will reflect our service. I have hired 2 design firms already and they have not been able to create a symbol yet, mostly because they have a "design project manager", someone who is NOT the designer, but simply passes on information to the designer. We DO NOT want this type of service. What we want is: - deal directly with the FANTASTIC designer (no middlemen acting in-between me and the actual designer!) - the designer MUST show a portfolio of logos/brands that are creative and professional. You will be required to inform me of what each of your logos represents visually. - I AM LOOKING FOR ONE DESIGNER OR A SMALL DESIGN FIRM THAT ALLOWS EACH DESIGNER TO INTERACT WITH THE CLIENT. - You will be required to chat with me each day (Yahoo or MSN chat) as you deliver the concepts -- no email directions. Web site: I have already selected a Web site to "clone" -- it does require some flash, HOWEVER, the Web site can be done by any one of our other team members, I just prefer this designer handle it because we have many projects going on. If you can develop a solid and professional corporate Web site, this is a plus. Our logo is priority! Please do not bid on this Web site piece alone -- I am not looking for a Web designer/developer, I am looking for a logo masterpiece first, the Web site is an add-on. DO NOT BID ON THE WEB SITE ALONE. ONLY BID IF YOU CAN PROVIDE US A MASTERPIECE LOGO UNDER THE CONDITIONS ABOVE. TIME FRAME: - I will accept a bid within 2 days and I want the final logo done 2 days later. - If you can do the Web site I will need this done 5 days after the logo is completed. - 7 days total. Directions: - Bid on the LOGO, and if you can do the Web site, bid on this too and let me know via PM. - SEND ALL YOUR LOGOS YOU THINK BEST REPRESENT YOUR WORK. If you do not send this logo portolio you bid will be DELETED. - YOU MUST BE WILLING TO CHAT ONLINE VIA YAHOO IM WHEN I NEED SO DESIGNS ARE PROPERLY INSTRUCTED/ADJUSTED.
