Corporate Logo Design and E-Book Cover Design

My company, The Grants Research Institute, would like a logo designed for it. The actual design of the logo is wide open. The colors of the logo should be: primarily reddish-orange, gray, possibly with some blue and/or black in the logo. I would like to see five variations on the logo to review. We also need a cover for an E-Book designed. I am attaching a PDF document that describes the text for the E-Book cover and also one of the design elements that I would like to see incorporated into the cover.
