Overview: We are looking for a visual interpretation (in the form of character concepts and detailed artworks) to complement the descriptions provided in our science fiction novella. About Us: We are the creators of a book series is called History Of Sol, which is about the crew of a cargo ship who come across a rare and mysterious artifact and decide to investigate what it is and where it came from. We have already established some character designs in the first book which we would like you to work from to some extent, but we are also happy for you to bring new ideas to the table and use your own style and artistic vision to bring the second book to life. What we are looking for: For this next book we are looking to start with some character concepts of new characters (which will also be displayed in the book), after that we would also like to move on to the cover art and some detailed artworks to be scattered through the book. We would like to work with someone who is easy to collaborate with and has a love for sci fi. Your style should be somewhat realistic and compliment existing material (examples attached). Your quote should include: Price for each concept character (medium detail) Price for cover art (high detail - about A4 size) Price for each Internal artworks (high detail - about A4 size) We would like to get 3 rough drafts/sketches for each design with 1 revision on the one we chose to go with.

I'm would like to work on this project, I've worked on concept art of an upcoming Sci-Fi computer game, and that was my head start to Sci fi world and is really enjoyed it. Please let me know if you want to see some of those stuff, it haven't uploaded those in my portfolio coz the game is still under development so i don't have a permission to share that stuff online for now. About quote, that's usually depends on the complexity of the composition. But for a rough idea it's $100 to $150 for medium detailed concept art and $200 to $400 for highly detailed illustration. Please check my portfolio. My workflow steps are: 3 sketches for each work, working on the one picked, sending progress images everyday. Price for each concept character (medium detail): 25 AUD Price for cover art (high detail - about A4 size): 100 AUD Price for each Internal artworks (high detail - about A4 size): 100 AUD Total of 1200 AUD at most.
