Clean up cartoon images

I have around 20 images, similar to that attached that I want cleaned up, vectorised, made a lot more slick and not so flat. - I'm away next week for 2 weeks and would like this done before I go. - All the images are of head and torso. At some point in the future I will want bodies created for them, let me know if you would be able to do this. - Could you show samples of cartoon people you've done in the past. - When you have finished I would like the vector files and a raster version of each.
