Cartoon header for a travel blog

Hello, I need a graphic designer/artist to create a custom cartoon header for my blog. It's a travel blog. I will be visiting australia and indonesia in the next 12 months. It should be drawn like a comic book. No clip art. The cartoon's theme has to be Australia ( & indonesia if you feel inspired ! ) See keywords like : ocean, beach, sun ... I'm really open to suggestions as I don't really have a fixed idea. The effort of inspiration will, of course, be rewarded. Work has to be completed before 2011/09/28 Regards Budget : 100$-200$
