Cartoon Type Illustrations

I need an illustrator that can do line art type cartoons on a regular continued multi project bases. This is not a one time deal since what I need a weekly image for a few of our clients personal blogs and what they want is to have an illustrator draw cartoons related to the blog post each week. The design concept really needs to be like popular line art styles in news paper comics as in ([login to view URL]) The ideal person is the kind of artist that can whip them out in minutes like those I've hired on the boardwalk at the local fair. I was amazed at how quick the illustrators could draw pictures with such quality. The reason I request this is I dont want to wait days, weeks, months for a drawing when I know it can be done in moments by a competent illustrator. If you fit that criteria above and you can illustrate small single cartoon scenes then tell me how much per item "AVERAGE" you expect to be paid and if you can do so on a continued basis.
