The Lao Disabled Women's Development Centre can screen print, and they can sew. They have sewn some shopping bags to sell to tourists. Now they need at least two or three characters that embody their centre. That is, empowered, happy and active disabled Lao young woman. The print will be one colour, dark pink on white background to go with their logo. Unfortunately the budget is small due to the Centre being a non-profit organisation. Also COPE another centre in Vientiane, Laos, has a Hello Kitty with a crutch as their mascot (they help with prosthetic limbs for people disabled by the bombs left in Laos from the Indochina war), so we would prefer the characters to be human, more aligned with super heroes.
