Build website by MVC3 or MVC4

SOCCER COMPLEX • The Idea for the web site .The Idea for the web site is easy Design website that manage soccer fields (SOCCER Field COMPLEX) so users can make reservation for any available field. More explanation: So if user come to the website and want to reserve soccer field to paly will show for him the available time and the date and he can reserve and pay. • I already begin to design this website by using business layer,dataAccess Layer and some Interfaces, I need someone who can complete it by using the same design. • The Connectionto database by using the classes that already in (Business ,DataAccess) Functionalities for the website: 1. Login 2. Register 3. Logout 4. Reservation 5. Admin can manage users Account • Requirement for the website : 1. Design the web site by C# (MVC 3 or mvc 4) 2. Use the similar design to build the website that in attaching project and this design include : .use layers to link to database (Busienss layer ,DataAccess). .you will see everything in the project. 3. SQL SERVER. The link to database by using the classes that already in (Business ,DataAccess) 4. Do demo for me and guide me 5. Make it work on my computer.
