Build a mockup for a responsive multi vendor marketplace

I would like to build a multi vendor marketplace in a European city. The website needs to be completely responsive. The vendors are small local shop owners. The customers could buy products from varied local shop owners, and I would deliver the combined order to their designated address. Except for the basic functions of a marketplace, I need the following features: A. Frontpage --- see Picture 1 1. Customers will be able to manage their account in the section of Mi Cuenta (My Account) ---Customers will be able to see their order history, ítem by ítem, see Picture 3 ---Customers will be able change their delivery direction, see Picture 3 ---Customers will see their coupons in their account, see Picture 3 2. On the frontpage, the administrator could change the text on the top right banner, see Picture 1 3. The search engine ---The customers could search using Product Names, Store Names, and Section Names * For Product Name search, e.g. if the customer searches “chilli sauce”, all items with names or key words that include “chilli sauce” will be listed, such as “Thai Chilli sauce”, “Indian chilli sauce”, “Laoganma”(this product has search key words of "Chinese" "chilli sauce") *For Store Name search, customers could type in the Name of a particular store, no need for exact match. * For Section Search, customers could key in a broad category name of products, i.e. “Fruits”, “Japanese snacks”, “Long rice 10kg”, or “Develop photos”. ---All search results will be listed in the order of the number of pieces sold . ---In the Store Page, there will be a search engine to search within this store. ---One each page, 36 items will be listed, and customers will be able to change page using “next page”, “last page” option B. Shop owner’s dashboard ---Shop owners will be able to key in the Store Name, and address ---Shop owners will be able to upload a logo picture ---Each Shop owner will be able upload up to 100 products (this number might change) ---For each product, the show owner will be able to type in and change the name and price, upload one photo, describe the product in a paragraph of text, and list the key words for search (we should discuss how this works) ---Each shop owner could manage their profile through the vendor’s account D. Checkout page ---Customers could buy from different shops, and check out multi shopping carts together ---Customers will be able to manage their shopping cart, eliminating products, adding and subtracting quantities ---Use credit cards or Paypal to make payment E. Administrator’s dashboard ---Combined orders in different shops will be sent to corresponding shop owners ---Shop owners will receive money after they deliver the products ---Administrator will be able to manage the “Special Offers” section, by selecting to discounted products ---Administrator be able to delete improper reviews F. Shipping management ---Administrator will be able to categorize orders according to the address (postal code) I would only consider web designers with previous experiences building a market place. Please include some samples of market places that you have built, along with vendors' dashboard, and administrator's dashboard. The payment will be made according to milestones. I suggest the following order: 1. Build a mockup for all the html pages (80 euros) 2.
