Build a booking website. (RPISC)

A website where customers can book in repairs. They will be presented with brand, Model and repair type this will give them a total along with how long said repair will take. If returning they will have option to login and see past repairs or enter discount codes. Booking will be via a calendar which will send email to client and store informing a booking has taken place and also a reminder nearer time. They will have option to select nearest store or take along to nearest Post Office for the item to be shipped to store. Payment gateway will be via the PayPal system. I have wasted 2 months with a coder who has promised the above and provided very little so if you wish to work with what hes done then I will share otherwise it might be best to do from start. 1. No milestone payments due to being conned 3 times now on projects. 2. Payment will be awarded as I see fit or on invoice for fully working system. 3. Needs to be made so it works with Wordpress. 4. Access with be via FTP and Myphpadmin 5. system once built will become mine and must not be used elsewhere. 6.
