Hello, I believe you have a nice project here, however we'll need to talk a little bit more to agree on expectations since it seems to me, by reading your project description, that you may not have a technical background. I'm talking specifically about your last line, where you say: "The inspection form should be stored in the cloud (Google Drive, Dropbox etc)." My idea after reading your project is to set up a host with its own database which will hold all historic data. So there's no need for you to save "documents" into GDrive or Dropbox, you'll have an application which will be able to show you any document you require at any time. By working this way, we leave the door open to add in the future the possibility to rank the tent owners by violations, know which ones have never committed an infraction, and any other possible information we can gather from historic data. I know my bid exceeds your current range, but I think we can agree on a proper amount that works for both of us once we set up the expectations.
