Build a Website on JAVA (with framework Bral) and front end on Material Design

I have a startup and I want to have a website prepared for this. This is going to be a professional website with all the features, database, payment gateway. It will also have a ticketing system. It should be designed with a framework (for API) which can be easily scale able to mobile app and with even 100,000 users at a time performance should not be affected.
