Hello, We would recommend cloud based VPS hosting service with amazon AWS integration or at very least nGinx and Cloudflare or maxCDN subscription to manage image cache as you will have significant amount of storage requirements for this project. Is video streaming a requirement both on web and mobile apps? We would build in php using codeigniter framework or falcon. We would dig it if you could get in touch so we can discuss the project further as your scope is fairly basic. Downside is we'll have a hard time concentrating on the tasks at hand looking at all the models populating the space ;_0 but we're willing to get over this minor inconvenience, lol.
