Build a Website

Working on a website. [login to view URL], Needed things added. 1)Need page added to header called "Upload Time & Expenses" 2)On that page, need to have a button to upload an excel file (.xls, .xlsx, etc) and it to rename that files by username_date, upload directory will be called cached. 3)Once uploaded, need it to run a VBScript called "[login to view URL]", that .vbs will modify and resave the excel file and then import it to a mysql database. Would like a progress to show on the screen. (example: a symbol to show "uploaded", then a symbol to show "checking file", then a symbol to show "completed"). 4)Once those are completed, I would like it to redirect to a "Time & Expense Review" page where it will show the imported info from mysql database which should be named in the format "username_date". The fields labeled "Min" and "Units" need to be calculated on the page (totaled). 5)All pages created or edited must match the website template and look professional. I do not have the VBScript to import into MySQL just yet, but will have very soon. Any files or info needed will be given upon awarding this project.
