I can deliver a responsive , single page web application that will authenticate the user and move them through the process of registering or viewing tutors or scheduling. I would normally leverage a nosql back end, a light weight .net mvc back end and angular.js + material in the front end, as this will allow me to move quickly through the development process. However, if you would prefer I use other solutions, perhaps something you are more familiar with, I can also do that. The web application will be able to scale up to a large number of clients and should have a low maintenance cost (no-sql host is approx. $60 per year. .net Web hosting costs would also be your responsibility - or I can work with existing database/application hosting technologies you already have up and running). Full source code and software tests (unit + integration where time permits) will be provided along with the compiled application ready to run on your web host. I'd also be happy to take you through the code if you aren't super familiar with angular, and if you'd prefer I stick with a simpler js DOM API like jquery, that's doable as well, but might take a bit more time.
