Build a Website

Hi, We spend a lot of time logging various contractor as they come in and out all day. We collect full name, address, driver license number, phone and all their company info. I can provide a list of everything we save. Ideally we would like to manually enter the details once and then have a "search" field where we can type their name and automatically look them up. It will need to automatically save a new contact when they are checked in manually. It would be good to have the ability to search by name or by company and have the ability to edit the "contacts" in case of a typo or if we want to delete someone who isn't coming by anymore. The visitor log should not be editable as we don't want it tampered with. We need to run a report daily or for whatever time period we need (up to 90 days in the past). This daily report should be automatically created, run and it must reliably emailed off before 12:30am for the previous 24hours 12:00am-11:59pm We would like a web based solution which can be hosted on a local VM which will be running linux and a free DB. Filemaker is a possibility but we would prefer a pure web based tool. The portal page must be password protected. Price negotiable but please include an estimated price if you feel you would be a good candidate.
