I have big experience with the WordPress. I did similar transfers before. To solve such task I need to have an ftp access to the accounts of both web sites to transfer photos and access to the wp-admin or direct access to the database to transfer the content. Also, in the future, it can be possible to customize your Poet theme if necessary.
