We need a SQL type bankend (lead capture ) with auto responder (x3 responses). The backend database can be created in SQL or any other simple platform that is easy to manage in office. We looked at the 4500+ FREE website templates available on HostGator and think that there are 50-100 that could work for us with SQL or other built-in data management programs. We will be doing a simple 5 page website and it should be MobileWeb compatible, search engine optimized, color scheme attached (via business card/Neon Blue & Black). The website MUST communicate extreme wealth, trust worthy, credible, professional, assortment of different types of pictures of apartment complexes from old to brand new, business suits shaking hands, with video content linked to [login to view URL]

That way we have captured the name, cell phone of the actual owner and apartment complex address before we start pumping them for more detailed information. So 1 of our 5 pages will be a NON-PUBLIC Webpage where we can drive the auto responder to which captures confidential information in a 2 step lead capture.
3. [login to view URL] We like some of the language and copy on this lead capture page and will combining parts like upload photo of property, click here acknowledgements to Item #2 above to crate a very high end feel for the NON-PUBLIC information capture page.

5. Possible Click through Links that are not to our competitors or solution websites but would increase our organic SEO placement by using the links.

Hello, this look easy but it will take full of my 3 days. I don't know what type of templates HostGator are offering but I don't think it is dynamic. So this work will handle 2 major milestones.
First is to make the design you choose dynamic, mobile compatible, free of error, browsers compatible, and easy to find information in it and then it will not look like the poorly designed one.
Second task is to handle the database scheme and php code that will give you access to a control panel that will help you add apartments information and so. [details required to complete this task]
Normally, developers will suggest you to have WordPress or equivalent software to manage. It's true that WordPress is a greet platform but your needs does not required such a platform.
