External users: We would like to develop a website where external users (applicants) can create a profile (sign up with email and password), fill in their CVs standard form and provide additional information related to their experience by simply ticking boxes whether they have experience in one or more of these areas: Market Assessment, Coordination, Development of guidelines/tools, Forestry, Statistical analysis, Value chain analysis, Monitoring and evaluation, Proposal writing, Research Fisheries, Advocacy, Strategic planning, Agriculture development, SME development, ICT for development, Private sector development, Training, Rural development, Microfinance, Food security assessment, Household economy assessment, Artisan development, Employment schemes, Livestock development. External users should be able to fill and update their profile themselves. External users should receive email notification if a set period of time passes without any updates (i.e. the profile becomes inactive). The Administrator: The administrator should be able to filter and run key word searches to easily search for candidates with specific qualifications. For example, if we are searching for an agricultural economist that speaks Swahili, we should be able to use a key word search for “agriculture,” “economist,” and “Swahili” and we should be able to find all applicants that entered these words in their CVs. The administrator should be able to export profiles to word and PDF forms. The administrator should be able to validate the information external users provide. The administrator should be able to indicate the status of the profile: active, inactive, rejected or pending. The administrator should be able to indicate the assessment phase of the profile: written test completed, interview completed. The administrator should be able to fill an evaluation and upload documents to each profile. The administrative should be able to update the deployment history of the profile: deployed to xxx country, from date xxx to date xxxx and to fill the job description related to this deployment and the evaluation conducted after the deployment. The administrator should be able to give admin access to other persons in the company. The administrator should be able to send emails to specific categories of profiles (example: reminder email to all inactive profiles). The website will be hosted in the company infrastructure.
