I am looking to have a new website created; however, it will have to be
used with my current domains (my current website must remain live while you
are working on the new one). The current website is [login to view URL] hosted via GoDaddy. You
can do the site in WordPress or regular HTML - whichever way you think is
better; however, my domains MUST be able to transfer over and my current
website MUST remain live while you are working on the new site.
I would like the website to look like [login to view URL]; however, the top
part of the homepage (banner) would look different. Obviously everything
would be customized to my site and the pages, etc. would be different. I
just like the layout, style, colors, etc.
1. The website will have 12 pages

Thank You Page (where clients are redirected after payment)
2. You will be responsible for creating the call to action / buy now
buttons, pricing tables, etc.
3. PayPal codes will be integrated (I will provide the codes for you)
4. You will be responsible for creating a logo; however, I'd like it to be
just like zirtual's logo (plain)
5. [login to view URL] has a drop down in the nav that says "more". I do not want
that. I want the main six pages listed out, but I want the 'services and
prices' page to be like their button is for 'plans and pricing'.
6. It must be a full-width site like Zirtual.
7. I do not want flash.
8. No cheesy stock photos. I will provide photos if needed.
9. A contact form with an upload option is needed.
10. Using Google Fonts would be great!
11. The services and prices page should have pricing tables, followed by
add-on services and FAQs (there will be a separate page for FAQs, but there
will be a few on the services and prices page).
Please note that I do not have an extremely high budget; however, if you do
a good job, you will have a long-term client as I require frequent changes.
NOTE: **Please let me know that you have looked at the site I like and that
you can do this**
