I need a web developer that 4 years of Word press and HTML 5 coding. he or she must have the skills to use photo shop to cut of a photo shop file correctly in high resolution and meet the requirement below. 1. Header must be able to rotate. I should be easily to add and remove header picture and text 2. I need to be able to add and remove section on Top Navigation 3. I must be able to change Icon and text for menu under Header in blue 4. each section should be editable under the Blue header for compute, cloud, network etc. ( I want to be able to add section if needed or remove sections. ) I need to be able to edit text and photos as well. 5. I would like to be able to add and remove client testimonials . I would like this section to be a slider as well. 6. The Vendor logos should be editable as well. So we can add and remove logos 7. Foot menu should be editable as well. I would like to be able add and remove links on the footer.
