Build a Website

Create a payroll service website using PHP/MySQL with Yii framework. Tax rate tables and payroll calculation engine is already built. Need to build the website pages and tables to add/change/delete the following: 1. Employer Info (company name, contacts, locations/addresses, State/Federal ID#s, etc). 2. Employee info for each employer (name, address, pay rate, ID#s, birth date, etc) 3. Employer bank info (where paychecks will be paid from - bank name, routing#, acct#) 4. Employee bank info (where direct deposits will be sent). 5. Employee tax info (i.e. filing status, exemptions, allowances, withholding, etc - at Federal, State and Local levels). 6. Login/User database. 7. Employee hours worked (# of hours worked by each employee during the pay cycle). 8. Other supporting data (earnings types, deduction types, payroll dates). Sample screenshots of a similar functioning website will be provided. After tables and supporting maintenance pages are done, need a webpage to trigger the payroll process (retrieve info from these tables and pass it to the payroll calculation engine). Then store the results of the payroll calculation in a new table with view capability. All tables and fields need to be audited (i.e. must be able to see when each record was changed, what was changed and who changed it - this can be done via something like a MySQL stored procedure).
