Build a Website

We are looking at creating a rewards program website for our resellers. The aim of this website will be to allow each of their sales staff to be rewarded for selling our products to their customers. We do not need fancy visuals, simply a functional clean looking system both for our users and for us managing the program. Below are the details for what we are trying to achieve as far as functionality is concerned User logs in or signs up If signing up, user needs to be approved before they can access site to avoid unwanted users to the website Once user is approved he can login via same page and be taken to a home page that has a few functions: Log Out option Personal Account summary/Claims Summary Redemption Summary T&Cs of rewards program On home page there will also be a summary/snapshot that shows the user a summary of: Their earned rewards points balance Points earning rate & what brands it is applicable to Option to submit a new claim for point Option to redeem points Logout Option - When this is chosen the user will be signed out and go back to the login page Account Summary/Claims Summary Page – When this option is chosen user will see a table of their uploaded claims with claim references, claim date, points earned, points expiration date, and claim approval status Redemption Summary - When this option is chosen user will see a table of their redemption claims with claim references, claim date, points used for the redemption, and status of redemption claim T&Cs – This will be a simple page with terms of rewards program New Claim submission – When a new claim is made, we will require a form where the user will input their details, details of sale, details of the product claim is for and a copy of the invoice/receipt for our verification. Copy of receipt which will be uploaded either as a pdf or JPG file We want to be able to send an email to each sale person registered at the end of each month with their balance. In addition to their balance, we may from time to time announce a new promotion or bonus promotion through this email notification. Responsive design is preferred
