Build a Website

We need a developer to create and install a single page holding site. This will be minimal in that it will have a single image (supplied) with the client's logo, top left, and their contact details (telephone) and an email that would launch their Mail app with a pre-populated email address. The page would need to work for desktop/mobile/tablet environments. We would provide the base image and company logo together with access to the domain, you would do the rest. See attached image as reference for what we require. THis is a pretty straightforward job, so we would expect it shouldn't take long to resolve.
