I have worked in corporate and management roles for over 10 years and have finally defined my passion for change. We all have the opportunity to create a positive working environments, as a manager that is your simple solution to keep people inspired and working together on vision. I am launching my unique approach to management coaching and this website is my tool for people to land on and research me. I believe if managers are given the tools and are developed they can learn how to authentically connect with each individual. My goal is to empower them with new models and tactics so they create a work environment that is different from the norm while become influential expert on connection. This is where I need your help. I may be good at creating change but websites are not my forte. I have played around with a few website templates to get an idea as to what I like but when I changed things around it got messy quickly. I would like a fresh and clean website that is built to target corporate decision makers. It is to look simple, professional but not boring. I would like images that represent people engaged and having fun at work, not staged or people who look unimpressed. I am currently waiting for my final drafts from my copywriter, graphic designer and photographer. I should have them all back by end of week. I made some videos of my preferred visionary websites to help communicate clearly as to what I like. Ideally I would like the website to be 100% complete by March 20th. Not sure if this is an unreasonable time frame or not.

I've downloaded your website notes & videos, given them a look, so let's see if I understand your vision correctly: 1) we focus on white space & minimalism. only 5 pages. 2) professional photos of people working together; you'll need a Freelancer with access to a large number of stock photos and someone who is great at sourcing photos which I love doing. 3) in your video you're a fan of how the course enrollment "pops" - I think I can do something similar but with CTA's. CTA's are calls to action which encourage the user to click and perform an action. In our case it could be something as simple as encouraging them to contact you via the contact form. 4) When scrolling and the words move up, we refer to that as a parallax effect. I can definitely do something like that for you. 5) Overall something clean, modern & professional.
