Build a Website

I need someone to look at my competitors websites and create a basic wireframe / draft layout using the Divi theme by Elegant Themes that uses the best elements on the competitors site. I will provide a list of around six to eight pages that need to be featured on the site and I would like you to create fireframes for each. Finally in your covering letter please start by telling me what your favourite colour is and why. This is to show me you can read and follow basic instructions not just copy and paste an application sent to everyone. If you could please tell me the following in your application: How much will this cost ( £150 is the maximum I can pay)? How long will it take? What experience do you have building sites with divi theme (examples will help)? What information do you need from me? Thanks again good luck!
