Build a Website

We need an eligible programmer with experience on the game CS-GO for building our own jackpot website. (Counter-Strike : Global Offensive is a computer game by Valve which you can trade or play with virtual 'skins' on several channels, including jackpot sites) The website should have basic jackpot functionality and a fair-play system with tickets. Communication with Steam API's are needed and 2 bots must also be programmed for skin deposit. As for design, we need a clean transparent design with 1-minute countdown and winner animations. It is also essential that the website has a 'Pick a player' functionality with an admin/moderator panel that allows us to select a winner in the website's jackpot functionality in case something goes wrong.
