Build a Website

Hello guys. I have a wordpress blog ([login to view URL]). I wanted to have my own domain and hosting so I had one website created ([login to view URL]) (That is also on wordpress). I had my English files transferred. Now I need three issues to be completed. 1. To create an /az subdomain for Azerbaijani context and transfer all the Azerbaijani context to the new blog. 2. To redirect all the visitors from the old blog to new one. 3. To transfer all the traffic to new blog (if possible). I mean when people search on the google they could find my new blog Please, offer your bids.
