Build a Website

The sote we need is something that will tie our database of members and their groups to the players on the server. In a nutshell, this site would take the database from our website, create a list of members, their groups, and whatever else that we would like on the page and then display them on a seperate webpage. Then the servers would pull from that database to determine if a player has a certain group in our database, if so they will be assigned that group in the server which should have the permissions for that group, if not, they won't be given any group and won't have any additional permissions that they don't need. Also, the program would sync with all the server bans to list them on the webpage to allow easier unbanning and even the ability to add notes to a ban, if possible. With that being said, in the page for this program that will list all the players, it should contain different permissions for different website groups as well as have individual pages for users so that the status of the user can be viewed as well as edited (group/activity/bans). So for example, the Directors will have access to everything, DLs would have access to change the groups of the user as well as things the Advisors would have, Advisors would have access to leave notes on individual member pages and will be able to see the full bans list, then regular admins will be able to see their own bans and leave notes on the bans. The fields on an individuals user page should be username (Admin+), user's division (Admin+/can be edited by DLs+), User ID (based off of site database/Admin+), Primary Group (Admin+/Can be edited by DL+), Is the user banned on the server? (Pulled from server bans list/Admin+), Is the user active? (based on website activity/Admin+), and then Directors/CMs would be able to view and edit user emails, passwords, and IPs through that page as well. On the page should also be an area where members of leadership can leave notes on the user (Advisor+) as well as another area that displays any secondary groups that the user may have on the site So far i have found that member_group_id is the Members rank Aka Member/Advisor/DL which reads from core_members. core_pfields_content Is the member Divison. CS:GO/DayZ is our current games. Which reads from a differnt table inside the database.
