Build a Simple Splash page with 6 buttons links

We have a shopping site but the Home page does not stand out, so we have created a new simple design as a Splash page when visitors first arrive. It is comprised of a large full screen background image that resizes to the screen being used. There are three floating social media buttons and a button to the shop. All graphics supplied in layer in attached PSD. We expect this task to take 1-2 hours and is due today.
