Build Shopify Payment App

So this is simple, we want someone who will create a Shopify app for us - this is a payment gateway app and will simply take the following options. 1. Full Names 2. Email 3. Order Number 4. Total Amount 5. Success URL 6. Cancel URL When a customer checkout of a Shopify store, they must have this as a payment option among the likes of Paypal. By choosing this app on checkout they will be redirected to the website and then redirected to either a SUCCESS URL or CANCEL URL there.
