Build a Rating tool

Need to build a Website and Rating solution,

1. The website should need login and password verification

2. The website should need SSL

3. After login, the user should be able to create variables (or blocks)

a. each block can hold a single value or multiple values or a formula including other blocks

eg: a=2 or a=2 to 5 or a=b+c where B=2 and c=5

I will explain this concept during our chat before proposal in detail

4. User should be able to create a formula and the application should be able to process the formula and display the answer

5. input to the blocks can come from

a. Direct input from a text box

b. vlookup from a table (probably a excel sheet which can be uploaded to the website)

eg - a=5, b value is calculated based on the table where each number between 1-7 is represented as a day of the week

c. or a sql query. this is a future feature so need not implement this. but should have provision to add to our coding at a later time

6. while writing formula, the user can use "If" function to select the values

I have added the Detailed Requirements for the Project
The Project can use DOM model. It should be very flexible for future enhancements
The Objects and Functions described in the requirements should be fully customizable

Please read through the requirements carefully and clarify any questions regarding the Project and Submit your final Proposal.

This project will have future enhancements too like integrating with SQL Db and adding Payment Gateway
