Build an Business Analytics Website

We want a PHP-MySQL based business analytics application (web) similar to [login to view URL] but only focused on budgeting and business forecasting. Essentially, the web app will allow a member to authorise the use of data from his Xero account to his account on our web application. From this data some active reports will be generated that makes the data turn into graphs, tables etc, basically easy to read graphics that can change when you change the numbers. There will also be scope for the user to change some of the numbers to change the results say of a budget or forecast (there will also be some options one can choose such as increase 10% month by month or increase revenue by $100,000 over the whole year etc). For example the site will suck all data for ones business out of Xero (by pressing a button or something) and then produce reports and automatically lay it out in a pre-formatted formats designed by ADMINISTRATOR of the web-app. We have attached a spreadsheet for your reference of what the data looks like. What we want the user to see is similar to the Crushboard layout, however allowing us to change it and add new content etc. The 'Detailed transaction' tab is what comes out of Xero and the Budget tab is something we would want on our website. The highlighted cells are the ones you can change. Also, apart from these features, we will need a member sign up system (paypal based monthly subscriptions for end users) and a fully featured Admin Panel. One most important thing to keep in mind, is to setup the Xero API properly, so when a user signs up at our website, he just needs to log in and authorize his Xero account once and data will automatically be sucked from Xero to our database at that time and also at all times in the future, his data at our website will remain synced with hist data in Xero.
